CHINESE NOODLES & TUNA SALAD

1 7-oz. can Tuna, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
3 Tbs chopped green pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbs light cream
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles

Combine tuna, onion, & gr pepper. Blend cream, mayo, & lemon juice. Pour over tuna & mix; chill.

Add noodles & mix just before serving. Serve on lettuce on individual salad plates & garnish w/deviled eggs & pickled beets. Noodles must be added at last minute to stay crisp. Virginia Long Recipe.
