Smoked Baked Beans

2 (16-ounces) cans pork and beans (drain out the juice)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup brown sugar (This is what the reciped calls for. I use 1/4 cup, the beans seem too sweet if I use 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce ( I use Sweet Baby Rays Honey, I think this makes a difference)
1/2 cup ketchup

Bake in Oven (325 degrees) or on a Grill for about 60 minutes.

I stir everything up and use enough bacon to lay across the top to cover the beans (about 5 or 6 pieces).

Another Option is to: dice up two or three slices of bacon and stir into the beans. If you do this, still lay some bacon on top of the beans.
