SAGE DRESSING

Enough for a 12 lb turkey and pan extra

1/2cup dry milk (Optional)
1 large onion or 1 1/2 small onion, diced
2 to 3 celery stalks, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 large or 2 small apples, diced
4 to 6 rounded Tbsp Margarine or butter
1 med carrot, grated
low-sodium broth
Chop broth meat very fine
add 1/2 bottle Wylers chicken bouillon
add 2 eggs

Mix well with 2 lbs bread

Add sage, be generous with sage. I use at least 1/2 can sometimes more.

Moisten with broth If you have plenty, use only 1/2 broth be sure to get in at least ½ cup whole milk Use milk and broth to get the consistency you want. Not sloppy/not dry

Taste and add extra salt and sage if needed
