1 ½ lbs fresh broccoli 
  5 eggs beaten
  1 cup cream style cottage cheese
  2 tablespoons flour
  1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
  1/2 teaspoon salt
  4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
Trim off large leaves of broccoli, and remove tough ends; Wash thoroughly. 
  Cut tops into flowerets and stalks into 1/2 inch pieces; cook flowerets and 
  pieces, covered, in a small amount of boiling water about 8 minutes. Drain. 
  
  
  Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased 10x6x2-baking pan. 
  
  Combine eggs and next 5 ingred. Stirring well; pour evenly over broccoli. 
  
  Baked uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minute; sprinkle with cheese and bake 
  an additional 5 minutes 
let stand 5 minutes.
