Broccoli & Cheese Casserole
1 cup long grain rice
2 (10 oz) pkgs Chopped Broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 (10 3/4 oz) can Cream of Musroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 tbsp dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz) jar of Cheese Whiz
1/2 cup Cheese Cracker crumbs
Cook rice - omitting salt
Set aside
Combine Broccoli, soup, milk, butter, onion soup mix in large skillet
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and cover - simmer for 10 minutes
Stir in rice, warm cheese spread and mix good
Put into greased casserole dish
Sprinkle Cheese crumbs over casserole
Bake 300 degrees for 30 minutes
Serves - 8
