SPANISH RICE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown 1# lean ground beef together with 1 tsp dried, chopped onions.
Add 1 lg can tomatoes (30 oz.)(chopped or blended), 1 large can (tomato can) water,
1 Tbs salt, & 3/4 tsp pepper. Bring to boil; turn off heat & stir in 1
cup MJB rice, 1 cup grated cheese; 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce.
Bake in oven, uncovered, for 1 hr. DO NOT USE INSTANT RICE.
This dish is good with green beans for a vegetable and hot French bread. Slice
bread; butter; place in pan; cover with foil; bake with Spanish Rice during the
last 15 minutes of cooking.
