1 lb ground beef
1 can Manwich Sauce
1/2 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 loaf french bread
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In 10-inch skillet, saute ground beef, drain excess fat. Add Manwich and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes; stirring to mix. Cut loaf in half lengthwise. Spoon meat mixture on bottom half of bread and pat down. Top with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. Top with remaining bread half. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
