Oatmeal - Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (we like a little more)
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tsp. peanut butter (we like a little more)
Dried fruit & nuts (if you like)
Maple syrup (if you like)
Directions:
Put the first 6 ingredients into a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into bowls and enjoy!
