1 LB ground beef
1/4 to 1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 - 1 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire. Sauce
12 to 15 Crackers
1/4 tsp salt, pepper and parsley flakes

Mix all the ingredients. Add more ketchup if batch seems to dry. Lightly pack into baking dish.

Bake 350 deg in pre-heated oven for about 1 1/2 hrs.

Bake w/potatoes at same time & make a vegetable.
