MACARONI & MEAT CASSEROLE

1 1/3 cups elbow macaroni (6 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg onion, chopped (or use dried onion)
1 can tomato soup & 1 can water
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup grated cheese

Cook macaroni as directed on pkg. Brown meat & onion; add remaining ingredients, except cheese & heat. Add macaroni, cover & cook on low heat for 20 min. Add grated cheese & cook, uncovered, until cheese melts (10 min).
