CHICKEN BREAST WITH HERB-LEMON GRAVY


1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
2 teaspoons of ground thyme
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 can of chicken broth
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons cooking wine
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground sage

Place chicken breast in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Cover with chopped onions, rosemary, thyme, garlic, half of chicken broth. Bake in 375 degree oven for one hour.

Place remainder of chicken broth, lemon juice, flour, cooking wine, soy sauce, sage and 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan….Simmer on cook top until thickened. Serve on baked chicken
