Ingredients:
1 (4 lb) Beef Brisket
1 Coke (about 32 oz)
1 (8oz) Bottle Ketchup
1 pkg onion soup mix
Directions:
Cut fat off Brisket. Put in roaster with all other ingredients. (Meat must be
covered with liquid. Add more coke if necessary). Cook at 225 degrees for 5
to 6 hours. Slice and shred. Can add some Bar-B-Q sauce if you want.
