Russian Tea Cakes
1 cup butter (softened to room temp)
1/2 cup confection sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups of flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cups finely chopped nuts
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla
Stir in flour and salt together
Blend everything together
Mix in nuts
Roll dough in 1 inch balls
Place on ungreased cookie sheet (cookies do not spread)
Bake 10 - 12 minutes until set but not brown
While still warm roll in Powdered sugar, cool, roll in sugar again.
