1/2p brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 pkg butterscotch pudding mix ( not instant)
1 1/2 cup pecans
Mix sugars and pudding mix together.
Then add sugar, butter, and milk. Stir together.
Cook on low heat until sugars dissolve, then turn to medium heat and cook, stirring
occasionally, til mixture form a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
Remove from heat add pecans, beat real good, til it begins to thicken, then
drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
If it gets too stiff, too fast you may add a little milk and keep dropping.
Recipe maybe be doubled.
