1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup bisquick
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Mix 1 minute with hand mixer. Grease a 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
