2 cups light raisins
1/2 pint pineapple, green
1/2 pint pineapple, red
1 pint cherries, green
1 pint cherries, red
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 cup orange juice
Combine fruit (can be cut into smaller pieces) and nuts. Over them sift flour,
salt, baking powder and toss til well coated. Cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
Into flour fruit mixture alternately blend in creamed mixture and orange juice.
Line pans with 2 layers of foil. Pour into pans. Decorate top with fruit and
nuts.
Bake 2 - 3 hours in 300 degree oven. Yield 6 loafs (7 1/2 L x 3 1/2 W x 2 1/4
