Cream Cheese Brownie Pie
1 Refrigerator Pie Crust
1 (8 0z) pkg cream cheese (softened)
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 pkg Pillsbury Fudge Supreme Hot Fudge Swirl Premium Brownie Mix
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp water
1/2 cup pecans
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place pie crust in 9-in pie pan as directed on pkg
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, 1 egg.
Beat til smooth, set aside
Reserve hot fudge packet from mix for topping
Combine brownie mix, oil, 1 Tbsp of water, 2 eggs
Beat 50 strokes with spoon
Spread 1/2 brownie mix on bottom of crust
Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer
Top with remaining brownie mixture
Spread evenly
Sprinkle with pecans
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is puffed and crust is golden brown
Squeeze hot fudge from packet into bowl. Microwave on high 30 seconds
Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp water
Drizzle over pie
Cool 3 hours. Store in Refrigertor
