Cinnamon Peach Crumb Cobbler

4 cans (15oz) peaches in heavy syrup - drained
2 Tbs. tapioca
1 Box Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb Cake mix
1 egg
2/3 cup water

Mix tapioca with peaches, let stand 15 minutes
Mix batter with 1/2 crumb mix
Pour peaches in 350 F. #12 Dutch oven (or a 13x9 pan)
Spoon batter then sprinkle remainder of crumb mix
Bake 45 minutes - cool 20 minutes - top with vanilla ice cream

Notes:
Four cans of peaches is not enough peaches for us. We use 6 cans - Brand: S&W Peach Slices - Yellow Cling Peaches in Lightly Sweetened Juice to make a lighter peach cobbler).

This mix should be great on any flavor cobbler

This is actually a Dutch oven recipe. We use a 13x9 pan although the cake mix does rise up pretty high.
