CHOCOLATE PUDDING

4 Cups Milk
6 Tbs Cornstarch
3 Tbs Cocoa
3/4 C Sugar

Add ingredents in a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat stirring constantly. Bring to a full boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add:
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs butter

Stir pudding mixture until butter is completely melted and pour into serving containers.

Alternative: Use double boiler; after it begins to thicken, cook add'l 10 min, stir occasionally. Rinse dishes in cold water before adding mixture; cover pudding w/plastic wrap or sprinkle sm amt of sugar over each serving; prevents pudding from forming crust.
