2 Cups of Sugar
1/4 Cup Cocoa
3 Eggs Yolks (3 Eggs Separated)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 (12oz) Can Evaporated Milk
14oz of water, cold
4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
Mix Sugar and Cocoa. Add more cocoa until the mixture has a chocolate pudding
color. Can add additional cocoa (1 Tablespoon at a time) to make it more chocolate.
Add 3 Egg Yolks, vanilla, evaporated milk and water.
Add 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
Stir over med heat until boil. Boil while stir for 1 minute.
Use Egg Whites to make meringue for top.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees
