ANGEL DELIGHT

1 (7 oz) pkg vanilla wafers, crushed (about 50 cookies)
1 can pie filling (Pineapple and Blueberry are good)
1 cup whip cream

Beat together:
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
2 eggs
1/4 lb margarine

Place half of wafers on bottom of 8 x 10 pan. Use egg mixture as second layer. Pie filling is third layer. Whip cream is fourth layer. Use remaining crushed cookies as last layer and refrigerate over night. Serves 8 to 9 people.
