STRAWBERRY BREAD

3 cups of flour
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups oil
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen sliced strawberries (Reserve 1/2 cup of juice for spread)
1 1/4 cups chopped nuts (Pecans or Walnuts)

Thaw and drain 1/2 cup of juice from strawberries.
Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and sugar.
Add oil and eggs. Mix well.
Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 9x5x3 inch loaf plans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bread test done with a toothpick.

SPREAD FOR STRAWBERRY BREAD

2 Tbsp powder sugar
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
½ cup strawberries, sliced

Combine cream cheese with sliced strawberries. Spread on top of Strawberry Bread. Keep refrigerated.
