2 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 tbsp sugar
Salt
2 tbsp shortening
2 tbsp yeast or 2 pkgs yeast
3 cups unsifted flour
Beat 5 minutes
3 more cups unsifted flour
Double in bulk & work down
Double in bulk again and put into pans
raise again (about 45 minutes)
Bake at 350° for 1 hour
Large
