Making Texas Egg Rolls

After dinner, we came back to the room to spend the rest of the evening. Michael and Sylvia got busy and made some Texas Egg Rolls for our New Years Eve Celebration in the room.

Michael and Sylvia had had some Texas Egg Rolls they last time they were out on the Coast with us. They went back home and figured out what was in the egg rolls and came up with an even better recipe for some Spicy Texas Egg Rolls.
